Zanthoxylum Nitidum: Its common name is Shiny-Leaf Prickly Ash and Liang Mian Zhen in Chinese. It is also called as Toothache Tree in some regions because it is able to suppress toothaches. Zanthoxylum Nitidum was reported as an herb for ceasing toothaches, and an herb for anti-gingivitis.

Clinopodium Chinense: Its Chinese name is Duan Xue Liu (Stopping Bleeding in English), and is listed as an herb for stopping bleeding in The Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China published by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission. It has been patented as herbal medicines for stopping stomach bleeding and uterus bleeding in China.
